When will the "Iger Sanction" of Kathleen Kennedy occur?

I assume nothing will happen until after the Star Wars Convention in Chicago and after the FOX merger is settled one way of the other. So, we're basically looking at somewhere in the Fall of this year. Or do you think that it won't happen until later, or not until after EpIX, or not at all?

I think they may announce a replacement next year, but she won't step down until 2020

Spielberg may help keep her on while filming Indy 5 next year

Maybe, but she can't afford to have another director fired or have to reshoot 80% of another film or it could happen a lot sooner.

i expect her to lose creative control and just handle business side immediately , if not already

I predicted that it would take two underperforming movies to do her in, but I never imagined that Solo would actually lose money, so it may be sooner than that.
