Which movie do you think more people are going to find offensive?
Salo (the Pasolini film) is likely the more extreme film, but not seen by many... Solo on the other hand will be seen by millions with very strong childhood attachments and expectations as is evidenced by the reaction to The Last Jedi by the many "upset" fans (rape of childhoods and such)...
