Can anyone tell me what the woman on the phone said in French to Murphy at the end of the movie? I'm assuming it's that Electra was dead, but on Netflix there were no subtitles. Also, did the woman say if Electra committed suicide?

It's a pre recorded message that says that the number he has tried to call or cannot be reached ( rough translation) so although it is implied that she could have committed suicide I don't think it is confirmed.
I thought this was a sadder ending as she will no longer be a part of his life again, so it is almost as if she is dead to him.
