Did they show
Episodes 1-3 of season 2 in one evening ? Or have people just rated them?

It does feel like it's been ages since it was on tv
shareJust curious...in your market, was it truly "commercial-free?"
In my market, Phx, the local NBC affliate broke in with about 30 mins to go for two 30-second ads for the station.

Haha, thanks...I knew the greedy b*stards here at the local affiliate couldn't go a full 2 hours without pimping themselves! ;-)

Yes, it was commercial free. They just had a few seconds where they announced that the news would be on next. Other then that is was like watching on one of the pay stations.
shareLos Angeles, they broke at 1:30 for 2 commercials and then finished commercial free.

We didn't get any commercials just once a few seconds that the news would be on next. Other than that nothing.
shareIn my market, in the Midwest, there were two 30 second local commercials at 9:30 central time. Also, I noticed the show ended about 2 minutes earlier than usual.
Still, I thought it was a great watch and a smart move on the part of NBC.
Same as what others posted, but as someone who came of age in the "dawning of the Age of Aquarius," I would have prefered an earlier, longer potty break. LOL
