So was that the series or season Finale?

DirecTV usually says in the description when something is a series, season finale or even a season premier in the "info" section. This said nothing.

Was that it? Was it cancelled? Help me out, people. I really enjoy this show.



Obviously nobody knows if it was the series finale yet. It was definitely the season finale, if you were having trouble with that also.

There is no official word yet on cancellation, but burning off 6 episodes 2 at a time on a Saturday night is surely not a good sign...

Not a good thing burning them off that fast. But the summer was shortened due to the Olympics. They may have had to do it to make room for the fall shows.

The season had 13 episodes just like last year. I think showing 2 episodes at a time threw us off. Plus the way they used flashbacks did not contribute to understanding that was the season finale.

Plus the three episode premier without even a potty break was probably not a good way to snag new viewers.

Yeah, if they were going to do that & the 2fer, they should have just released them online like they did last year.

3 hours is a long time unless you've planned beforehand. 

Three commercial-free tv episodes equal ~3x40 mins = 120 mins = 2 hrs.

One of the Aquarius actors tweeted that NBC decided not to renew but they would continue the story in their new "home". I haven't heard anything else and I doubt he had permission to tweet things like that, but we will see if it's accurate or not.

I saw that tweet. Another one from someone associated was "hold tight" or something like that suggesting there will be a season 3.

It sounds like they really don't know what is going on, but at least it sounds like it's definitely not canceled.
