What the hell happened to sadies baby? I know I didn't miss any episodes but perhaps I missed a scene. Her water breaks at Hal's place and then the very next time I see her on the screen she's back to her 0" waist with no baby in sight. I don't even see her with a baby once they move to the ranch.

Also during the last scene of the finale, did shafe say "I'm in trouble" or "you're in trouble" when he's on the phone calling Sam? I didn't catch what he said. And did the sight of the saint necklace give him the urge to use again?

Not sure what happened to Sadie's baby, but after rewinding and listening several times to what Shafe said, I believe it was "I'm in trouble"; meaning: 1)that he was about to shoot up immediately, and/or 2)the St. Christopher necklace might trail back to him.
At first, I thought he said "We're in trouble",(because he saw Hodiak give the necklace to Emma, and he was afraid for her) but I believe it was "I'm in trouble".
