Brian's new look?
I will say the clean shaven and shorter hair makes him look better.
shareEither way he is hot! :) And he doesn't look like Charlie anymore..
shareI don't think he ever looked like Charlie b/c Brian has always been hot! Charlie is FUGLY! I mean probably clean shaved the MF/SOB is an ugly piece of trash. That movie "The Manson Girls" they had a good looking Manson, it made me so sick WTF is wrong w/Hollywood trying to "glamorize" that heartless, murderer, hippy, perverted piece of sh!t! He's such a dirt-bag.

Yeah that's what Hollywood does.. That's never going to change. *sigh*
How are they glamorizing Manson? They are making him look like the as*hole he is.
shareThe problem is that it doesn't matter how they portray Manson, Manson himself absolutely loves the attention. I wish he would just die already so he couldnt get any joy in knowing that almost 50 years later he is not forgotten. He always wanted to be famous and he basically got that.
shareI think Charlie is good looking and the actor playing him, Gethin Anthony is far from ugly.
Shafe looks better with the facial hair.
I'm surprised they didn't make it shorter on top.
Either way, junkies are just not that attractive.
That rug on his head was awful so I'm glad it's gone.
He has a baby face now and I wouldn't have minded if some facial hair stayed.
Amen! How long does it take to grow a shaggy inch or two? The difference was not so extreme as to merit a wig, unless he had come into filming with a buzz. Of course, his beard looked genuine, so I doubt that.
He has a nice face, but I still prefer a little facial hair.
I prefer his old look.
shareI liked his old look better. Now he just looks like a preppy rich boy named Brad or something.

Agreed, Emily, that's what I said to myself, he looks like anyone else now.
I gather there are some younger audience members who naturally associate zero hair as 'better.' As you age, you tend to appreciate the qualities and differences in someone's appearance - and I think the actor certainly stood out - certainly with FANTASTIC hair.
He's clean with hair too. I prefer the facial hair personally, it totally suited him. Men rarely shaved until wartime - it became a new fad. Honestly, I hope the show didn't do it for ratings, because he was certainly doing just fine looking less baby-faced too, I thought.
