The other day it appeared, and my cost is the same ... so, to me, it is free ... and not worth a penny more. shareNetflix only charges for a subscription and does not charge for any programs/movies on an individual basis. The only way to see the film is to pay for a Netflix subscription, unlike a service like Peacock which does have a free tier of content.
So either way, Ice Road isn't "free on Netflix" but you can keep thinking you won this one if it makes you feel better.
