It's a fan made origin story of The Dark Knight version of the Joker and it's actually pretty good to be fan made. It can be found on YouTube and online for free. Joker Rising

Yes it's a good film. Hopefully they get round to doing the sequels.

Yea I'm just finding out about it the other day. They say a sequel is supposed to release this year I think. The thing is, Two-Face is supposed to be in the sequel, he didn't do much in The Dark Knight... is it supposed to be cannon to The Dark Knight or not? Maybe only the first one is supposed to be cannon and the second one isn't.

I think it is meant to be it's own thing, but takes inspiration from The Dark Knight such as Joker's scars and his clothes.
