The only film that TRULY shows Vader's badassery....

The final scene, where Vader boards Leia's ship....and just goes medieval on anything that gets in front of him. 5 of the best minutes in the entire SW saga. Enough said.

What about when he struck down Obi Wan in episode 4? Or when he sliced the hand off of Luke? And what about in episode 3 when he took out all those on Mustafar before his clash with Obi Wan?

My favorite Vader moment is in "TESB", where Luke is feeling all Jedi and ready for anything, and once the fight begins it takes about 10 seconds for everyone to realize that the poor guy is hopelessly overmatched. Vader just kicks his ass, I mean every time he makes a saber strike little Luke has to take a step back, and then he starts using the Force! He kicks Luke's ass physically, through the Force, and psychologically, he's absolutely brutal and it's still harrowing to watch someone we like being almost completely destroyed.

And that's what makes a great movie villain!

Well when I watch a movie, I root for the good guys and prefer to see happy moments. My favorite Vadar moment was when he was still Anakin and he marries Padme at the end of episode 2

I enjoy a good villain, someone the audience loves to hate.

And that's why Palpatine is one of my favorite character in the whole franchise, and the vest thing about the prequels. A good badass is always fun to watch, but Palpatine is just delicious to watch! So much smarter than everyone else, so close to camp but never falling over the edge into ridiculousness, he's just delicious to watch, and that's with the highly enjoyable defeat and happy ending, put off for three more films.

yeah, that was epic, and the best part of the entire movie.

Agreed.

Also to mention the music composed for that scene! One of the best things to come out of Disney Star Wars.

Rogue One is the only Disney Star Wars movie that feels like it belongs with Lucas original movies.

I don’t even particularly like Star Wars but I liked this movie. Very entertaining.
