Trump wanted the general election postponed indefinitely due to "emergencies" (sound familiar?) like the pandemic. Then when he couldn't stop it he made it more difficult to vote. The pandemic that was emergency enough to seek postponement wasn't an emergency enough that people could vote by mail, like he does. He even tampered with USPS in order to restrict votes being counted.

I think you'll find that for every person who is under investigation, there is a very good reason for it. And Biden did not initiate a single one of them. Trump wasn't investigated until he was out of office, simply because they weren't allowed to investigate him sooner. But you had to be sound asleep his entire term if you didn't know it was coming.
If you want an example of a president who investigated his political opponents, that's Trump. Not content with the results of the official Burisma investigations, he strong-armed Zelensky to investigate Biden directly. It was kind of a big deal, Trump even got impeached over this incredibly overt act of blatant corruption. But the GOP being rather fond of corruption, closed ranks and refused to vote guilty - even though that is precisely what everybody knew Trump was.
Good luck finding any investigation on Biden's political opponents which are politically based, though.
