Funny how they never clarified what Chris was doing in that bedroom...

...with that knife. I'm totally lost...don't know if he was going to hurt Alicia or Madison or what. 

reply

He was about to get real stabby.

reply

I don't believe you!!

reply

They spoke of it last week when Travis found 'em at the hotel.

Travis told Mad that he was sorry for not believing her.

reply

That doesn't explain what Chris's intentions were though. They didn't clarify anything that was going on in his head.

He was standing over them with a knife, they woke up...

I guess he was just going to sing them a lullaby.

and that would have been a sweet way to end that scene.

Thanks for your reply.

Doesn't mean he would've actually done anything. I just wish it would've been brought up when Travis went to go find him. I would've liked to hear Chris's thoughts. Chris was changing & I thought they were going to really elaborate on it & they really didn't & basically killed him in a flashback.

Yeah...he was just going to carve "I heart Maddie & Alicia" into the nightstand.

He was pulling a Jeffrey Dahmer.

Something tells me the actor didn't like where the character was going and asked to be written off. The whole "bromigo" story as Hardwick called it seemed forced and existed solely to kill off the Chris character. It also worked for the show to have a little be of shock and awe for it's season finale.

Whatever that something is, you should ignore it.

Nah, he wanted off the show. It's not as if it'd be the first time a cast member from a show in this universe would ask to be written off, there is plenty of that from TWD's history. Not to mention Lorenzo is now involved with Marvel and probably making more money and playing a character he might like more. Who does that sound like? Hmmm

So whether its that he didn't like the direction they were going with his character or he simply got a better offer I'm fairly sure he wanted off. His story arc was rushed and the writing for that was still horrible. At best Chris' death was semi iconic in the way he went out.

reply

He wanted to kill Madison because his mother was killed. If he can't have a mother, no one can.

reply

He wanted to kill Alicia and/or Madison.

reply

But he wasnt provoked, why was he going to randomly kill them...oh well

reply

Chris had no empathy. Alicia threatened to tell that she saw him just stand there as Madison was being attacked. Chris threatened her not to.
