They would have left the place with most if not all the drugs right?
Did they want that place instead? since they were celebrating when they found everyone have left.

Colonia is like a fortress , and it also united Marco's gang with a rival gang making them more powerful.Marco also didn't need the drugs no longer from Colonia since he could get them from the gang he had just made a deal with.
the hotel was 10 times better. makes no sense for them to go for the Colonia.
