I don't see where anybody has mentioned it here, and they didn't mention it on Talking Dead either. When Nick left Colonia on his own (when he saw the helicopter) he walked past a zombie going the other way with Chris' outfit, "Dora the Explorer" haircut, and badly injured left leg.

Chris was explicitly shown to be executed by a gunshot to the head so that was not him.

Ok. I have 2 windows open. One is where you think you see Chris as a zombie. 16 mins into 2nd part of finale shows Nick walking from the colony when he comes across your zombie. At first I was like "omg it IS Chris", but Nick looked right at the zombie. I think he would have known if it were Chris. Then I opened a second window to see what Chris was wearing at the time of the accident and his murder by the 2 nut jobs. The zombie is wearing denim pants and a beige shirt. Chris is wearing a grey shirt and beige pants. The sneakers are different, tho the color is close. I do agree with you though. I think they wanted us to think that was Chris. btw, I happen to be glad that Chris is dead. Once he started going Shane I was done with him.
