do the characters on this show know that you come back even if you weren't bitten? Did I miss a scene that explains this?
shareWhen Liza in Long Beach during S1 finale tells Travis everyone comes back. That's how Travis and Madison's group knows. As for characters outside of their group, I suppose through watching the sick and elderly die without being bitten.

shareYes, I think Calvin was the first example of them learning simeone doesn't have to be bitten to come back. Susan, their next-door neighbor who committed suicide, was probably the second. Then Liza, who was taught by the doctor who used the cattle gun on Griselda, reaffirmed to Travis that everybody comes back.
