Becoming very boring, this show needs a dramatic shake up.

Started off great and I enjoyed the boat adventure. Now they are stuck in Mexico, the series has gone flat.

Issues that need fixing to make an impact:

Increase gore and violence, there is no where near as much as there should be.

Bring back Daniel, the best character there was.

Bring back the boat and get out of Mexico.

Stop over doing the "Lets play zombie" trick.

Work more on character development, as nobody cares about them.

More action, see first point.

I disagree about the action. After a while it gets tiresome watching them make the same old aggressive faces whilst stabbing zombies in the head. I get it. You are badasses! The show does better with MOST of the personal character interactions, like the Nick-Luciana scene in his room, the Travis-Chris campfire scene. The only cringe-y character scene was the Madison-Strand drunk scene. That was dreck.

If they focused primarily on character development, people would bitch about that too.

Couldn't agree more with the first post, I was really interested in the boat and the first few episodes of series 2 but my god it's gone downhill in Mexico, so boring, the same old same old.

It's just a knock off of the walking dead

I'll see out series 2 then I'll prob just finish watching it. Shame because the stuff on the boat was refreshing, I am only upto episode 10 of series 2 though so obviously things could change

Chris is pretty much a goner, and will probably die at the hands of his father. Does that count as dramatic shakeup?

Thought I would come back to this.

Although I still prefer the boat episodes, the last 3 episode s have improved. There has been more gore, drama and what looks like a location change.

If they can learn a few lessions and capture some fresh ideas it could be great.

Good bits recently are, The 28 days eye thumb, Chris is dead, a good beating and moving on.
