Chris is not dead

Except Chris crawled from the truck, saw the guys coming and started crawling a little faster. They reached him, he turned over accepting his fate. He was shot in the noggin.

I understand that it was shown as a memory so the guys could have lied, but they're aholes who don't mind murdering people I don't think they were lying. Also, they knew they were about to get another beat down by Travis. Why lie about Chris dying?? It would have made more sense for them to say something like.. he's alive under a tree becuz he can't walk.

hmm, Chris was driving, Travis taught him so it made sense that he offered to drive.
And the bros love killing their "bros" (even if they don't need to) so; and obviously they would have told Travis they left Chris and tell him where to find him...

So he is 290% dead

I'm hoping he's dead, because he's the most irritating character on the show.

He should be dead since they told Madison the driver was killed before they knew Travis was there. There was no reason to make that up and they wouldn't have left him nearly dead. Please be dead, Chris.

I seem to remember after the flashback was over, they cut back to his corpse for a few seconds, an apparent real-time shot that wasn't part of the bros' story.

There was also a scene of masked gunmen stepping around his body.
