What do you guys think is with the rather mixed reviews? I loved it, some flaws, but even so I think it deserves at least high 70s on metacritic.

It's 87% in Rottentomatoes.com which is pretty good. I think it got a lot of positive reviews some negative also but for the most part the critics seem to like it. The most important thing is that the fans who actually pay to see the movie seem to love it.

Very true. And I hadn't seen the rt score that's more like it

Metacritic sucks. All movies are like 60 and below there. I never look at it. RT on the other hand is so often right about everything

This was by far the best film I've seen in a long time but I guess there are some pretty hardened cynics out there looking for something to criticize.
