CROWD/TRAILER REPORTS

Please post what time you went, how full was your theater, what trailers were shown and the audience reaction.

I saw it this morning at 10:00. 14 people in the theater.

Trailers:
20th Century Women
Silence
A United Kingdom
Dunkirk
Gold
The Founder

Audience was silent throughout. I liked it overall. It was great up until the climax, but the ending was far too brief and also too emotionally manipulative. Feels like it went out with a whimper instead of a bang. But other than that, the acting was very good and the story was interesting. The pacing was good as well. Recommended. 7.5/10

I saw the 7:00 show tonight (Tuesday). There were five people in the cinema. Sigh.

The Trailers included Dunkirk, Gold, The Founder and Silence.

Question: Why are people interested in which trailers were playing?

Schrodinger's cat walks into a bar and doesn't.

10:30am show. About 10 people in small theater. Audience Sniffling. I cried in spots. That kid, Sunny Pawar, is a natural.

Sunday 1:00 p.m Full theater. Same trailers as OP. Recption was overwhelmingly positive with entire audience moved to tears together.

Sunday 10am session. Front row was empty and the rest of the theatre full. We ended up second row as that was the only spots where we could get two seats together. It was a large theatre but every seat reclines so there aren't that many rows (maybe 100 seats total). One trailer was Baby Boss. Don't recall all of the trailers as my sister wouldn't stop talking to me!

Forgot to add re audience reactions. Mostly quiet and could hear some sniffling. Also Australian theatre.

1:00 showing today, 15 or so people in a smaller theater. Not much reaction though one person said out loud "There you go" when Saloo found his home town on Google maps.

A United Kingdom
Julieta <---
Life
The Space Between Us
Silence
The Shack

Silence was a rare instance of a trailer for a film I'd already seen and is in fairly wide release.
