physically hold his own against Godzilla? or tactics and cunning have to be on his side? i would kill to see Kong shoulder ramming Godzilla to the ground. i will also be smiling from ear to ear upon the sight of Kong crossing his arms over his chest facing Godzilla in an inevitable showdown.
shareKong has the advantage of having longer arms that can allow him to pick any debris or vehicles and use them as melee weapons. Godzilla, on the other hand, is adaptable in water and could easily end the fight with his atomic breath.
Kong's fighting style will be something to a wrestler while Godzilla will be like a Sumo wrestler, using his height and weight to pin Kong down.
If he's smart, probably.
What's missing in movies is same as in society: a good sense of work ethic and living up to ideals.
Probably not. But I suspect the two will end up uniting against a common foe anyway, so it doesn't really matter.

I would like to see Kong killing his adversary in K:SI in really brutal and
memorable way, like Godzilla did in 2014s version to a second MUTO,
example I am rooting for would be ripping other monster's arms/wings with his
own arms, like Jax's Fatality from MK2. So everyone would be in awe of his power,
and would not look at him as a underdog anymore.
He has absolutely no chance against Godzilla. Kong should be crushed like a bug.
