No Insects Wanted in this Movie!

No! I don't want insects in this movie. The last Kong film had too many; absolutely horrific sequences. I don't want that in this movie. I will avoid it altogether if it has big bugs

I just want the spiders. A whole pit of spiders or maybe just one giant spider like Kumonga that Kong could fight. We've never seen him fight one.

I think this film should have the lot. Couple of insects, spiders, sea serpents, dinosaurs [which have evolved from the ancient ones],giant lizards snakes and crocs. a few man eating planets would be cool too like giant venus fly traps.

I would love to see Petey Piranha in this too.

Well there's a giant spider in the trailer, technically not an insect but still sounds like the OP will be pissed haha.

I wouldn't mind giant insects getting smashed.

The Spider pit was a stand-out scene from an otherwise overlong and dull remake. It communicated the true scale and horror of human life on that island; that we are prey to Skull Island's bottom-feeders and parasites. It was meant to be horrific, just as when Jamie Bell talks about Heart of Darkness not being an adventure story.

The spider pit wasn't in the Jackson film was it? it was just done as a stop motion tribute.

i think giant spiders have been overused in films though.

So far, the dragonfly flying in the foreground of the helicopters was brilliant. Nice psyche out.

Terrible things Lawrence. You've done terrible things.

The bug pit was among the highlights of the 2005 feature for me.

What's missing in movies is same as in society: a good sense of work ethic and living up to ideals.
