On the "discoverskullisland" website the scan seems to be complete with a few encrypted files that require pass codes?!

I wonder where you get these pass codes, if indeed they work and are not there just to fill the website. Make it look good and all that.

I originally thought like a lot of people that once complete we would have a new trailer. Maybe it was just for the new image of kong?

Maybe it's just that the normal, traditional world doesn't/hasn't called a preview a trailer. Pardon my loose grammar :)

I'm just railing against the habit of previews being called trailers and I'll continue to do so until the madness stops. Been going to movies for 50 years and I've never heard an actual person call a preview or a sneak peek a trailer. "Hurry up and buy popcorn so we don't miss the trailers!"??? Never. Ever ever.

Well I'm from Scotland and we have been saying either adverts or trailers for years. I've never heard someone call it a preview. We would call an advanced screening a preview

It seems like using the internet on computer, the geoscan is incomplete, while using the internet on the phone, the geoscan is complete

The passcode for the first file is "DESTINATION ACQUIRED". You might disappointed that the file is just a gif of scenes from the first trailer and a map of Skull Island.

The new clip is only a couple of seconds long but it looks badass!!! Grainy and old like vintage film-stock, like a Bigfoot flick from the 70's. Another example of Kong resembling more of a Bigfoot/Boggy Creek beast instead of just an ape, which I pointed out months ago as the first preview came out.

In the boneyard scene where Larson looks up? Maybe.

I think so. Them lying next to each other seems to suggest they were a couple in life.
And in the trailer, it looks like those soldiers are taking a flame-thrower to this place. Guess how Kong feels about that, huh?
