I'm with the commenter (sorry can't remember how to spell their screenname and I'm mobile) jokerwild1. From the fact that Ghost Laura messaged more than just Blaire, she likely would have continued to message them to the point of annoyance.
However, I think there are two more reasons that shows Ghost Laura knew it would have Blaire to either be the only one to answer or at least the first.
By the end of the movie, we discover that Blaire is the guilty one. While the others aren't great people and they tormented Laura, Blaire is the one who started it all and didn't really have Laura's back. And even though throughout the whole movie Blaire verbally denied certain horrible things she's done, she knows exactly what she did to Laura. So when she sees a message from someone she thinks is pretending to be Laura, she's likely automatically thinking that this person knows what she did and is in panic mode.
Another reason why she would be the only one to answer is because we learn that she is impatient, ignorant, and selfish. Instead of looking for possible answers herself, she hounds Mitch for them. Instead of waiting for a potential answer or waiting to click the link Mitch gave her, she opens the Laura message and replies. For us viewers, that's like someone saying "hello" when it's clear someone broke into their house.
That scene also provides the audience a clue to the audience of both Blaire's personality (guilty, impatient, ignorant, selfish) as well as how Ghost Laura got access to all of their technology and how it could have been prevented. The website clearly stated not to answer messages from dead people. If Blaire had just been patient, waited for Mitch or did the research herself, read the article before answering the message, none of this would have happened.
I also doubt that Mitch or the others answered the message as well. Mitch was shown to have researched how he could have gotten the strange message and gave the link to Blaire. It shows that he likely read the article first and didn't indulge by replying. The others would have either done the same, ignored it cause they thought it was a stupid prank, or even considered it malware or a virus. There isn't much to prove this, but it's slightly shown throughout the movie to let us think it could be true.
If anything in the reply is messed up, I'm sorry. I am mobile and learning that replying to IMDb forums this way is not a very good thing to do.
