Would it have been different if Laura was a guy?

I have seen guys get piss drunk and literally piss themselves in and out of bars and clubs. Yes their friends tease, take photos and give them a hard time all for a laugh but at some point they pick them up, get them cleaned up and get them home. No harm no foul.
But, if somehow those pictures end up on line there would be hell to pay and consequences to be met.
Men (some) seem to know there is a line to be crossed and if they cross it a swift punch to the nose or a full bloody fist fight may be a result of their actions.
Maybe this is testosterone based, gender taught or maybe something that is developed later in life and outside of high school when you get real friends.

Yeah, but Laura didn't know who did it. Had Laura been a guy, there would be no one to attack.

Do you think that a guy who successfully roofies one girl would leave it at one girl?

Judging by the state of her in the video (excreted herself, covered in menstrual blood etc), I'd say she was drugged.

Also, one of the original plot ideas for the film included a clip where Adam and Mitch date-raped her, so it's entirely possible that they kept a tiny part of the idea in there.

I have no idea what "a guy" would do. All guys are individual human beings. Most have probably never roofied anyone, some have probably done it once, some twice, some probably do it whenever they think they can. Doesn't change that the movie indicates he'd only done it to the girl he forced to have an abortion. They're fictional characters, they don't "do" anything outside of what the film tells us.

for the majority, yeah it would. the guy in Laura's position. wouldn't off themselves. on the extreme end, he'd be laughing about it too. some of us have that type of sense of humor. like a harmless frat house prank. we might get mad if our parents got it and punished us for underage drinking or being there at all, but that'd be the most.

FWIW, the mitch/Adam fight about who was the rat about the marijuana wouldn't have been that serious either. and the sleeping with the best friends girl would've been worse, especially how Adam brought it up.
