Everyone dies in the end. One of the few "horror" (and for this movie I use the term very lightly. Where everyone dies, no lone survivor, no oh they're saved at the last second. They all die.

We don't know if she died. It's a safe assumption since Laura killed everyone else, and she said that she wishes she could forgive her. However, Laura exposed her all over the internet. Even if Laura didn't kill her, there's a good chance that Blaire actually committed suicide on her own, which is more fitting.
I think they left this one up to the viewer.
