So did Chung and Greenberg meet on the set of this movie

Or did they just do it because they wanted to do a movie together?

They have done other movies together. The one I have seen was by the same director The Kitchen

They actually first met in the maternity ward of the hospital they were born in. For a brief moment they were in adjacent incubators fighting for their lives, as they were both born prematurely.
They obviously both pulled through and lived to adulthood, much to the surprise of doctors who gave them limited chances to survive.
Flash forward six years and, by chance, they met again in the same kindergarten class. Though, of course, neither of them had any memory of their first meeting. It was only later when hospital records were searched that they learned the truth.
Their time together in kindergarten wasn't the stuff that romances were made of, however, as Chung excelled in everything academic discipline, which made Greenberg jealous. Their ethnic diversity didn't help either as Chung's Korean parents objected to Greenberg being Jewish.
But their love would not be denied, apparently, and on the set of "Already Tomorrow" they rediscovered each other. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Sonny: Is there a country you'd like to go to?
Sal: Wyoming.

There will be blood...but you will be loved.

LOL! Classic.

I prefer your plotline to the one found in the actual movie.
