Please remind me how Second Season Ended?

Can someone remind me how the season 2 finale episode ,"And the Final Curtain" ended?
I thought the episode ended with the group scattered? I hate when series have long breaks.
That's just my two cents.

It ended with the group together after Flynn and Eve travelled through time the long way around.
