Did the layout look like a summoning circle to anyone? It was a very weird design for a super collider site.

shareIt looked like the effects crew knew nothing about colliders. Colliders are huge rings that look like a subway tunnel with a pipeline going through the middle. The Hadron Collider has a path 27 Km long (16.8 miles).
I agree, but the map of the facility did show a circle at the edges. Not that it makes the design any less realistic.
