Using the last few days of this forum for an answer. Somewhere, along the line, I missed why Voiello is so attached and loving to this particular child.

And he also can't disagree with him like the way the others do that he works with and deals with on a daily basis???
So maybe the BOY who lives with him gives him the SATIFACTION of thinking he's the one IN CONTROL of everything which he doesn't get from the others he interacts with as part of his DAY JOB???
