I think when Mary mentioned the boy in episode 3, it was more of a threat than anything. A prominent Cardinal with a child is scandalous.

shareI've read several websites that list the boy as Voiello's "secret" son. The boy has microcephally, a sad disease. There is very little information about the boy, and he is not listed in the cast. I wonder why?
