Slightly inferior to Creep
But was still an unsettling watch. Intrigued for Creep 3.
shareI just happened to watch Creep a couple days ago. For a very low budget movie that started as an improvisation (according to the Trivia), I thought it was very well done. I was disturbed by a lot of it, and they accomplished a lot with basically two actors.
I haven't seen the sequel yet but I'll look out for it. If it's the same director as the first then I'm even more interested.
Without spoiling, why do you think it was slightly inferior? Less tension? Bad acting/less believable?
They take a different approach with Creep 2 (which is actually a wise move as we didn't want a repetition of the 1st one), but i can't delve into that as it will be spoilers. The acting is superb just like the first one and the raw realism is still there, but in comparison the intensity of the foreboding atmosphere is lesser. Don't let that discourage you tho, it's still a great watch, recommended.
share"acting"
hahahahahaha.
"according to the Trivia"
you needed the trivia section to know that? xD
considering i gave creep a -2500/10, this should be a new exciting level of terrible.
shareAvoided a while to see it, but it delivered in every single way.
Of course, inferior from the original one, however, very good and different, I had just some issues with it:
SPOILER:
I feel like since the kiss scene it was all rushed, with the final fight between them. Also, the ending was open, which, after what we saw, was really not necesarry, or better said, improbable. She left him almost dead, without any medical attention he would had died. Read that it might be a trilogy.
Really curious how they will get this.
