This or The Last Jedi - which is a better movie?

Definitely this. Incredibles 2 is more entertaining with a much better screenplay and the action sequences are better executed. The characters in Incredibles 2 are better and the performances are superior. Incredibles 2 is better in every way.

This by far. I liked this movie a lot. I dislike the Last Jedi and hate what happened with Luke. I thought this was a really good and entertaining film.

That's like asking what is better: Eating a piece of cake or licking the floor beside a urinal?

That being said, I'm gonna go with Incredibles 2.
