Who played "Pop" or Uncle Joe?

The Boss they killed off at the end of the first episode. Been bugging me.

Too bad they killed off a great character so soon.

Show seemed a little disjointed and actors a little uneasy with each other. Sure this will smooth out. Seems like a lot of potential here.

He was Nate Ford from Leverage. I had no idea he was in this show, and quickly got excited seeing him. Now that they killed him in episode one, I'm annoyed and rethinking watching this at all.

I see he was also the father in "American Crime". His hairdo sure changes his looks a lot.

He came off as Nate Ford to me playing a character. I loved Leverage but he wasn't a good fit for this show. plus this show sucks anyway. Hate to see a good actor caught up in a bad show.
