Bill the preper *spoilers*

During a shooting stands up out in the open solo against 5 enemies. How does a guy that is able to turn a town into a fortress build actual working booby traps would ever think it is a good idea to NOT cover during a shooting?

reply

there has been no real world apocalypse to use as a reference, and we didn't see any references to previous attacks other than the occasional shroomer trespassing. Bill could have built up a false sense of invulnerability with his rigged up fortress while copying up with Matt Walsh, uh, I mean Frank.

reply

Nah, it just wouldn't happen. Also this specific episode advances nothing in the story? I wonder if they just felt it was necessary to stop the train at the gay station to keep up with the marching orders of the current world

reply

Nothing especially happens in terms of the wider world, and that's a fair criticism - but Bill being gay is irrelevant to that. If Frank was instead Francesca - the story would be just as irrelevant.

reply

That's how it goes nowadays, uncalled for gay propaganda. Not affirming with 100% certainty it was a woke call but very suspicious move for the current state of affairs

reply

No, the episode being dull has nothing to do with Frank being a man. It would've been just as much a bottle episode if it was Francesca.

reply

Yes I get the point, what I'm saying is that in normal circumstances, there wouldn't be such an episode, maybe.

reply

I mean the details were in the game. They just made it more heartwarming, so to speak. And there a lot of shows that do this kind of thing. Very Station Eleven.

reply

Yeah I haven't played the game yet but I learned frank was already dead in the game and letters found suggested they had a relation

reply

"I wonder if they just felt it was necessary to stop the train at the gay station"

LOL

reply

Matt Walsh, lol. He kind of looked like him, but acted nothing alike. The most obvious feature being the gayness.

reply

Ask your dad.

reply

I wondered the same thing, him coming out and shooting up like he's in a parade, out in the open like that instead of from a cover like a window or a closet, made no sense. Nevertheless, that was still my favorite episode.
