So Bad!!!!

I tried. I tried to be open minded about this show, but I couldn't even finish watching the first hour. It's contrived and poorly written. There's no reason to care for any of the characters. They're all dark, dour, and brooding, or angry and mean.

It can be different than the classic movie. It can be more faithful to the books than any of the movies or shows have been, but it does need personality/personalities.

I'll be reading a book on Friday nights after Grimm. This show is a waste of everyone's time.

Maybe I'm just tired, but I'm not feeling it either. It's all over the place. At least I got to see Farmer's Insurance mermutt commercial. Synchronized dog swimming!

I agree with your assessment...they should have kept some things the same as the classic but the premise is so out there it's hard to like it.

Yeah it's really bad, and I'm a pretty forgiving viewer. As in, I'll watch crappy tv and appreciate it for what it is. But this is not even good crappy tv. It does look pretty I guess. But a shiny car with no engine is pointless.

Yeah, I turned the channel about halfway into the first episode. The pacing is not very good. It's just kind of boring. I really wanted to like it too. I turned it back a few times while the other channel was on commercial and it didn't seem to get much better.

I agree. This is kinda Game Of Thrones for pre-teens. I'm not a pre-teen, so this is not for me.
