Since the writers included Mombi and Tip, then where is Pumpkin Head and the Gump? And will they fold in the folks from Disney's Return to Oz such as the Tik-Tok Man?

Jack (Punpkin Head) is represented by the boy who was with tip. I'm sure more characters will be introduced in subsequent series - I don't think we had a Tin Woodsman yet - unless I missed him

IMDb is implying that Lucas is the tin man but I think he's actually meant to be the scarecrow.
