Theories:1. Jack will become The Tin man after he gets injured by Eammonn/Cowardly Lion in a fight when he and Tip/Ozma tried to leave the city of ev and Lady Ev turns him into a 'cyborg' and gives/sells Tip to West.
2. As Tip will go through what the tin man's girlfriend went through in the original stories from the books.

They get sepearated and have to find each together before this series ends.

pretty sure another viewer's comment that tip is ozma, the rightful ruler of oz, is more nail on the head.

yes I know she's Ozma and she will be enslaved by west or Glinda on the show. and her best friend Jack will be forced by Lady Ev to become her 'heartless' monster.

OK, I definitely like your concept of her best friend being turned into a cyborg, for the tin man.

Hard to say what they will do since they're really taking a lot of creative liberties with this series, but so far Jack is playing the role of Pumpkinhead Jack from the books. Which was just Tip's companion.
