I didn't click on your stupid link but I watched the episode. It was laughably stupid, as usual. The FBI characters are all lame cliches, and as a Justice Department agency they would never be investigating a Dept. of Defense agency like NCIS. And they wouldn't even be blaming NCIS for a "Homeland Security mole" infiltrating their ranks. It's so obvious the writers don't understand and don't care about how the government works, which is OK since it would be even more boring if it were even remotely realistic, but do they have to be so outlandishly stupid? Guess so.

One example of TV stupidity: Most shows are relying on those magical wireless ear pieces with perfectly functioning microphones so they can carry on uninterrupted conversations and trade unclever quips without being in the same shot. That requires tremendous acting ability. HAHAHA!
