Any joke that is remotely funny is killed when he adds the word "fúck" or any of its forms. He thinks screaming "fúck" into a joke makes it killer. It does not. Simply ruins it, unless used very, very sparingly.

I like swearing but it has to be in the right spot. Sometimes it works for him but sometimes it seems so out of place that it's distracting.

Still funnier than anyone on Comedy Central or even late-night (Colbert has lost his mojo since moving over), but his limited range is starting to show.
He relies too much on vulgarity where it's unneeded and - in my opinion - not really funny. Such as the "moon-fracking" comments last sunday. What was that all about? It wasn't funny and wasn't even on the topic. I agree with a previous poster that profanity can be funny, but he overuses it. Which is annoying because he's really funny and doesn't need to use profanity and vulgarity as much as he does.
(It's also really annoying because I like to use his videos in my ESL classes because my students like comedy and current events, but there are some funny videos of his I can't show because they're inappropriate for the classroom, or I have to skip a lot of parts.)
I would rather see him as a "Weekend Update" sort guy without the profanity.

Sparingly? If you can use it at all, then you can use it all the time. Either campaign against it completely or shut the *beep* up!
I think the F word is funny because we have been conditioned for multiple generations that it's not allowed on TV.
