Episode 1 Suspect

Should we all take a guess and see how we do?

I'm going with John Locke (sorry, don't know his character's name yet...but he was Locke on Lost).

I think she was murdered definitely because of her knowledge gained working at whatever company the family owns. Her dad made a point to say that her emails were off limits because she had access to all company inner-workings. So she obviously stumbled across some info the killer didn't want her to convey.

Further, when Michael Ealey shows her the onesie and says "I already know" - she thought he meant the secret company dealings mentioned above. So the baby isn't what she wanted to tell him.

It's also interesting to me that they seem to be newlyweds - so it's something that she wouldn't have to testify against her husband - but she would still have to testify against her father in law Which makes the fact he just stepped down more interesting.

- Best friend not liking her is a red herring - he seems like a playboy, so he prolly slept with her at some point.
- The fact that she had already given birth will likely point the finger at the father - another red herring I'm sure. Maybe it's even the best friend.
- AnnaLynn McCord - potential other red herring. Maybe she cheated on her husband or something, and because of the prenup we know she signed, didn't want the wife to spill the beans ending in a money-less divorce. But she won't have murdered her.
- Sister's husband seems to be on the outs with sister at the moment - so whatever secret is revealed about their issue/marriage will be more red herrings.

So there ya go, my money is on the dad/John Locke for now.

OK, so you're probably going, "Is this like a Noxzema commercial or what?"

I think its the sister, she seems overtly protective of him. Plus she was the best friend of the wife so no one will suspect her.

I think it was the dad. It'll end up being something like they had an affair and now she's not sure who the father is.

I don't think a recently married woman would be having an affair with her husbands best friend. The same with having unprotected sex with a lover. It can and does happen but in this case I don't think so. I also don't think the guy she met at the sleazy hotel was an affair.
