Boy am I confused. Someone help?

Do I have this right? (Btw, this is post the latest episode, so if you didn't watch, leave the thread haha)...

Danny is a detective. But he does legit have a missing daughter who's name is Rachel. Rachel was good friends with Carly. Carly is a call girl who slept with Neil the night of Eric's party.

Liam (Kate's con man but not her son assistant) was trying to steal from investors. But he didn't kill yet. Neil may have because he was also doing some shady business at the firm and Kate was onto him.

The girl at the beginning who Danny was questioning (and who Eric let get away) was just a girlfriend to Liam (or a fellow con artist he was working with).

Do I have all that right?
