Yes, there was only one death, but so many awful things kept happening. John, Amanda, Patrick, R.B., Melissa, Carly, Rachel, and Danny could all have gone to prison. Eric could have, too. Their mother is in a coma, and Charlotte is dying. Amanda's husband & her baby daddy are gone. I almost feel like I'm watching Hamlet!
