Walter's moment of self-entitlement during the next episode

There is a clip for tomorrow's episode (found on Scorpion's YouTube channel) that shows Walter having a moment of self-entitlement surrounding the topic of Toby and Happy's upcoming marriage and who the best man will be. I actually found it to be pretty hilarious due to the fact that he gets immediately panned by Toby, Happy, and Cabe.

The lines are as follows:

Paige: "...No maid of honor? No best man?"

Sylvester: "The best man tradition is based on the morally questionable tradition of 16th century goths. [Where they steal] the bride from the neighboring village the night before the wedding."

Toby: "That's a good point, Sly. Plus, I got three amigos. Couldn't bear to break the heart of two of them."

Walter: "I can see where having select one of us could disrupt the team dynamic. Plus, I can't have Cabe or Sly upset at being shunned."

Happy: "Here we go."

Cabe [approaching Walter with coffee cup in hand]: "What makes you think it be you?"

Walter: "Well as Toby's oldest friend and employer, I'm the logical choice."

Cabe: "So if he doesn't pick you, he's fired? Well how about the fact that without my sage advice, he never would've landed this little filly."

Happy: "Now I'm being compared to a horse? Well thank you for getting this ball rolling, Paige."

I like the show too, obviously not very realistic but very fun with great action. Sly and Cabe are my favorites. They've had some good guest stars too, Gene Simmons, David James Elliot, Alana de la Garza, Peri Gilpin, Hetty from NCIS Los Angeles, Corbin Bernsen, Lea Thompson. Hope they'll do a bigger crossover now that they're in the NCIS universe.

I have to agree with you. Although the stories are far fetched at times, the cast themselves really have great chemistry. Sly and Cabe are great, as are Walter, Paige, and Toby. Happy is tolerable as well.

Speaking of which, at one point, Elyes Gabel (Walter O'Brien) and Katharine McPhee (Paige Dineen) were actually dating in real life, but broke up after a while. Funny knowing that the characters themselves are moving closer to being in a similar relationship as well.
