2 much relationship drama

I come back periodically to see if it's worth putting back on the dvr list after deleting it the first season and it just gets worse. Bad enough between one couple but now there's 2 and all in one episode that i can only imagine is going to keep dragging out for a few more seasons at this rate. Should it of course get renewed which i think is getting suspect. At least Kevin Can Wait was a good lead in show!

I've loved this show since the beginning and I still do but I'm also tired of the soap opera romantic entanglements. I've never been a fan of the Walter/Paige pairing and never will be because they have zero chemistry (not unusual when the people are a couple in real life). I was thrilled with the way Toby and Happy's relationship evolved but then the writers decided to bring it to a screeching halt with the news that she's already married... WHAT?! She acts like it's no big deal and she'll handle it but it's entirely understandable that Toby is furious about this. She won't even tell him who she's married to!! If Toby did this to Happy, she'd go after him with a blow torch. I'm guessing that it's going to turn out that Happy just married some guy to help him get a green card and it was just a marriage of convenience but if that's the case, why doesn't she just come clean... better yet, why didn't she come clean when she and Toby first got serious?

I thought the Walter and Paige pairing was cute but enough already. They have dragged it out so long I just don't care anymore so just let it go. ( I read they have broken up in real life so I can see how they Might make this most recent "break up" permanent. I thought the other guy was a jerk though. They had a couple of dates and he acted like he owned her. The Toby and Happy thing was ridiculous. way overboard

I hadn't heard about them breaking up in real life but they're professionals and the script calls for them to be a couple on the show, they'll just have to do it. I'd rather they didn't though and thanks to Cabe telling Walter the truth, maybe that will be the end of that. And with your news about the break-up, maybe Cabe's long-overdue speech was the writers' way of ending that storyline and moving on.
