shareIt was everybody inside the building. The target was actually a propane gas tank nearby. The explosion would have caused the building to collapse.
shareHappy got into Diaz's campaign truck and drove it in front of the propane tank. The shooter managed to get his shot off but it hit the truck, which had a big "DIAZ" campaign banner on the side of it.
