Pauley Perrette's voice also changed after her first season or two on "NCIS". Her voice used to be low and kind of raspy but she changed it to a higher-pitched and much more annoyingly childish tone. In my opinion, it actually changed the character of Abby from a serious but still unusual forensic expert to a whiny teenager who's seeking approval from Daddy (Gibbs) but maybe that's just me.
As for Happy, I honestly haven't noticed a change in her voice. Do you find it to be higher or lower in pitch, faster, or what? I'd have to go back to the first couple of seasons and listen to her to see if I could tell a difference.
