I think it would be great if.....

......Walter and Happy get divorced. Then the only way Walter can stay is if he marries Paige. It is a win win situation for everyone, especially me.

That could also work if, as another poster has brought up in a thread, Katherine McPhee might... repeat, MIGHT... be pregnant in real life. If it does turn out to be true and the writers go complete soap opera and have not one but both female characters being pregnant at the same time, then Toby and Happy can be together with their offspring and Walter and Paige can be together with Paige and Tim's offspring. That would create all kinds of comical misadventures for Team Scorpion, huh? Cabe will probably end up being relegated to being the in-house babysitter/grandfather figure.

Obviously, I'm hoping that the writers don't have Paige be pregnant too. If Katherine is really pregnant herself, I'm happy for her but I hope she just wears baggy clothes and stands behind couches a lot. With even just the one pregnancy of Happy, I'm worried that the show will be reduced to a just another family-oriented sitcom and no longer be about the ludicrously over-the-top and thoroughly enjoyable missions they do.

Sorry. I replied incorrectly on here.

If they were both pregnant it would get too complicated. I just want them to be the happy couple they are supposed to be. ESPECIALLY after the rocket episode. That made me cry.

reply

Yeah, the rocket thing got to me too. It's kind of sad that it took something like that to get Walter to open up about how he feels. While I'm not a fan of the Walter/Paige pairing (or Walter in general), I think the show's going to put them together eventually so I'd prefer that they just do it already.

I am so happy you are on board! Even if you aren't obsessed with them as much as I am. ?

reply

I'm a little behind because I missed a few episodes but I love anything Walter and Paige so it sounds like I need to see the "rocket thing" you guys mentioned. Any idea what episode that is?

reply

It aired just a few weeks ago. It's Episode 3 entitled "It Isn't the Fall That Kills You". It was wildly convoluted, which is just the way I like it!! The more ridiculous their missions, the more fun this show is.

Yes! It's a fun and silly action and adventure show. The series is vintage 1980s fun with super high tech modern technology (which may or may not exist in real life, and I'm totally okay with that). This is not a genre known for scientific accuracy. I rememebered being 100% stunned when "Mythbusters" tested something from "A-Team" and it actually worked-it was confirmed.
