What did Ralph say?

What did Ralph say to Walter at the end before heading out to the ball?

reply

I didn't catch the first part but the last thing was something along the lines of "We could have been a team forever", meaning that if Walter hadn't screwed up, his mom could be with Walter right now instead of that tool Tim.

reply

Thank you! I couldn't hear him at the end. And he is right!!!

reply

"You should have taken my mom dancing when you had the chance. We could've been partners forever."

reply

Thanks for the correct quote, Johnson. I thought I'd heard something about dancing but couldn't be sure of that. The kid definitely had a point. I'm glad to see Ralph growing up and becoming a more vocal part of the group.

reply

Thank you Johnson. That is just making me cry all over again.

Me too. I love that while Ralph has a high IQ, he is very much his mother's son. He tries to treat people well, and he wants to help make the world a better place (the greater good). I think Ralph is adorable and the show uses him really well.

Ralph is about the most well-adjusted character on the show 😃

reply

Part of why Ralph is so well adjusted is because of team Scorpion--Walter included. If you saw the first episode of the series, you know that Ralph wasn't doing so well back then.

I love that Ralph has chosen Walter as his father--something Tim will never be. But it's heartbreaking how much he wants the three of them to be a family, which I think they should be.

Here's hoping the writers will decide to kill of Tim and give Walter and Paige another chance!

I'm totally on board with Walter and Paige getting another chance, but I don't think Tim deserves to die. Just write him off instead of killing him off. It's easy enough to transfer him someplace else.

You're right, Sarah. I don't really want Tim dead. Just off the show--and out of Paige's life. The pain their pairing is causing Walter is getting hard for me to take just now.

reply

It is unfortunate that the writers are incapable of giving Toby Curtis the maturity that a genius psychologist would have if he is on the team for his expertise. As it is, Toby Curtis is perhaps the least mature.

reply

That's the crazy thing. I thought the show was heading for disaster ever since they had the double announcement of Walter being married to Happy and she being pregnant. But the episodes that followed have worked a lot better than they had been for a while. And the two arcs were resolved in a reasonable fashion. I wasn't a huge fan of this last episode, but the prior ones worked nicely.

You know Walter and Paige will end up together . You see Walter being more caring and showing more emotion more and more every episode. And they make it obvious Paige notices it too.

I like how they are trying to make Tim likable, only to have him written off the season soon.

I had the same fear, but it turned out pretty well. I think part of the reason was they didn't drag out the plot lines too long. They took up less than half the season.

I'm hoping that Happy and Toby's wedding becomes a fun little subplot. I could see the two of them (Toby caring and Happy wanting it all to be done) picking out invitations, asking the team for advice on music, and other wedding planning stuff before Cabe comes in with a mission/assignment

I just hope we get to see the wedding. It would be nice to have something go according to plan for once. Even if they have to rush the last part of the ceremony so the team can run off to a mission, with Happy in her wedding gown, and Toby asking, "What about the honeymoon?"

I want to see the wedding too. I think it works better if they're on a mission the day before or the day of the wedding, and they have to finish their mission in time for the wedding.
