Remember in episode 3 I think Eric met that guy up online and as the other guy was getting a little rough Eric was uncomfortable and said he just wanted to kiss.
But when he was fighting with his brother he seemed to have lost control and was choking him pretty hard. So I'm still wondering if Eric really raped him. what if he's right? That he blew Taylor off and Taylor just made up the whole thing.

shareI still think that scene shows his probable guilt. When they're making out at first, you can hear loud moans in the background (didn't sound like them, more like eric and taylor). Sounded like he just wanted to kiss because the last time he went farther, something bad happened. That's how i've always interpreted that scene.
shareInteresting...I assumed the moans in the background were Eric and the random dude, but the way they sounded (almost like a voice over) could have been from another scene (i.e. the night f the assault). I think Eric got so angry with his brother because he didn't want his brother to see what was on his phone, probably text messages between him and other dudes. He really lost it.
I think Eric likes it rough, but he doesn't know when to stop, doesn't listen to the other person, and get's carried away. It might get off on the act of the other person resisting, kind of like BDSM or dominant submissive role play he may have seen online, but doesn't know how to articulate or understand how important boundaries and communication are to safely engage in those type of activities.
