SICK ABOUT FOREVER CANCELLATION!

This show has excellent acting, decent and likeable characters, and an interesting storyline. Compared with the bunch of disgusting shows that have vicious, violent and criminal protagonists, it's a breath of fresh air - and this cancellation proves to me that TV executives are a bunch of immoral and money-grubbing human beings who are happy to present us (and our CHILDREN) with garbage!

I agree. Those at ABC responsible for programming most likely lined up another crummy reality tv show to replace "Forever," which is far superior to that kind of nonsense.

Just boycott ABC's new shows next year.

reply

Yes - We can boycott shows, but obviously this is not good enough. People will watch the crap that is put out. So we need executives who refuse to create crap. Especially where children and teenagers are concerned. In a decent society, adults guide their children and although it's ultimately the parent's responsibility, there's just too much bad stuff out there. EVERYBODY needs to do their part.

LMFAO! People are dumb. I boycotted watching ABC but I watched The Whispers online Monday. I'm against censoring and whatnot, but even though I did enjoy Secrets & Lies (because it reminded me of The Killing and Gracepoint) I'm incredibly upset that they renew a show about kids killing kids (Secrets & Lies) and kids injurig their parents (The Whispers) but then they cancel shows like Forever. It's incredibly messed up.

I hate that Forever was cancelled. Such a great show. It had great characters and an interesting story.

Yes, how upsetting. This show is great! Nearly perfect without brutality, nudity exposure, swearing, etc. So refreshing and fun to watch!

Believe it or not, the 2014-2015 seasons for not just ABC, but for other networks as well, had such good programming. Well made series and programmings that I was actually watching more local TV than cable. Forever was just one of the reasons why I was even watching ABC Ioan, Judd, and Alana were the reasons I was watching. Forever did have a pretty decent storyline, with amazing past sequences showing things and events from the past, and I just loved how it ended. At least ABC was kind enough to actually finish a series instead of leaving it as a cliffhanger like they did 6 years prior with "V".
